OUR CLASSES
MATWORK
This is where it all started – Pilates Pilates session on the mat. No equipment does not mean an easier workout! Challenges yourself, moving from exercise to exercise working through the whole body. With nothing to rely on except the strength and control of your own body, you will tone and lengthen from head to toe. Build and understand body awareness and stabilization that you will use on the mat and beyond. All levels welcome.
Semi-Private
These small group sessions allow your instructor to provide individually tailored exercises, allowing you to work at your level and progress at your pace. The close guidance and tailored service in a small group session is a fun and effective way to significantly increase your strength, flexibility, balance and stability. These sessions are capped at a maximum of three clients per instructor.
REFORMER
A challenging workout targeting all muscle groups! Work against spring resistance to sculpt your muscles while improving posture, flexibility and mind-body connection. Develop core strength and move your spine and body in all ranges of functional movement. Establish the foundation you need for your everyday health and fitness. All levels welcome.
Circuits
Pilates circuit classes are a great way to build strength, endurance and flexibility in a full-body conditioning workout for every level. Designed to burn fat and increase energy through a full body workout there are 3 classes to choose from including Elysium Sculpt, Sculpt FiiT and R&B Fridays. The classes are kept fresh each week with new moves and music! Designed to be effective for people at all levels of experience and fitness.
PREGNANCY PILATES
Our Pre/Post natal classes are designed to suit your body throughout your pregnancy as well as assisting in the recovery post birth. Pilates is one of the most highly recommended forms of exercise during the course of your pregnancy. It’s also a fantastic, safe and effective way to get your post-baby bod back.
