If you are commencing your Pilates journey to rehabilitate from an injury, if you’d like to increase your strength and flexibility with a program specifically designed for you, or refer a more personalised approach over group classes then we recommend you start with Studio sessions.
We use the widest range of traditional equipment to give you the best movement experience. Before you know it you’ll be moving with a new sense of freedom and ease. We hope that you will be inspired to take on more activity outside the studio too.

Initial Studio Pack ($210)
To Get Started / 1 x 45 min “Intro to Pilates” session
5 x 1 hour semi-private sessions
This pack includes a Intro to Pilates 45 min class (a prerequisite for all new and inexperienced clients) who will be continuing with semi-private classes. In this session your instructor will go through some basic principles of Pilates, including proper breathing techniques to assist your movements, how to activate your core muscles properly, awareness of proper alignment and learning mind to muscle connection while you move. We will then guide you through some basic exercises so you can apply everything you learned. After this session you will be ready to enter a regular semi-private class.
Remaining Sessions
After your initial consult you can book your remaining five semi-private classes that suit your schedule.
