We provide two high-quality Pilates courses.
- Pilates Mat & Reformer Certification.
- Comprehensive Pilates Certification.
Courses aimed at creating confident and competent teachers, who are able to teach in a variety of settings from Fitness Studio classes right through to using Pilates for rehabilitation. Whether your background is in physical activity, health care, or you are a Pilates enthusiast seeking a new career as a teacher of movement, we aim for our graduates to be employable and in-demand – not just equipped with the basics to work in a franchise.
When you are preparing for a career in movement and health, you’ll work with clients who rely on your knowledge and experience, the quality of your training is of paramount importance.
Our PAA and ESSA recognised curriculum provides instructors with science-based techniques to assess the whole person and assist them in accomplishing their goals.
We offer these certifications in partnership with our online training partner Body Organics Education, a leading Pilates education, training and professional development organisation based in QLD.
Our Certification courses comprise of:
- Online learning
- Face-to-face practise sessions & lectures
- Tutorials
- Apprentice teaching.
These are all essential components to ensure our graduates are well-prepared to step into the Pilates industry with confidence, ready to teach, with a solid background in the Pilates method, as well as other essentials, such as anatomy and pathologies.
These courses are Industry Recognised and allow provide approved Continuing Education Credits (CECs).
Mat & Reformer Certification
Our Mat and Reformer Certification Course comprises online and in-person components. This certification forms as a prerequisite to teach group reformer and mat classes in a fitness setting as well as being a valuable foundation for the next level of Comprehensive Pilates Certification using various Pilates apparatus in our fully equiped studio with the option to bridge across to a full Diploma upon completion to work in an Allied health setting. The course is approved by the PAA for certification as a PAA group instructor. Graduates of the Mat and Reformer Certification course will have access to the PAA Member Insurance Program. Students who complete the online components only can obtain CEC points with various associations, however, to achieve certification and the use of the name “Pilates fitness instructor” you will need to successfully complete all online and face-to-face modules and assessments.

Comprehensive Pilates Certification
Our Comprehensive Certification Course is a balance of online and in-person components. The course is approved by the PAA for certification as a Pilates teacher able to teach in a fully equipped studio. Graduates of the Comprehensive Certification course will have access to the PAA Member Insurance Program. Students who complete the online components only can obtain CEC points with various associations, however, to achieve certification and the use of the name “Pilates teacher” you will need to successfully complete all online and face-to-face modules and assessments.
